IAQSA acknowledges that most education providers operate on a strict, professional basis and enable their clients to achieve academic success. However, it is possible for circumstances to arise in which an educator or education provider might be deemed to fall short of the ethical/educational standards in education.

Your feedback is crucial to upholding these standards; who would know more about what is happening in our education systems than those who are currently a part of it

An official complaint-processing system gives peace of mind that your concerns are genuinely being listened to and dealt with. 

  • Students, parents, and other teachers now have a place to voice their concerns away from social media. 
  • Students and Teachers have a safe space to voice their concerns and frustrations. 
  • Parents can take control if they feel that their education provider does not meet ethical standards.
